The catfish tournament previously announced to be
held on Lake Richland Chambers, will now be held on
Cedar Creek Lake, in Texas, September 25th and 26th,
2010.
The catch and release tournament has 2 divisions for
children (under 12 and 12 to 17) and one division for
adults over 18. All participants may only fish rod and
reels, with a two pole limit per person.
The adult tournament will be held from 6 am to 3 pm
each day with hourly weigh-ins and cash payouts. The
children's divisions will run from 8 am to Noon each day.
Weigh in and other activities will be held at Big Chief
Landing, 111 Big Chief Dr., in Gun Barrel City, Texas.
The public is invited and admission is free.
A portion of the tournament proceeds will benefit the
Armed Forces Foundation. For more information,
